"How To" Develop A Mission Statement

When developing a Mission Statement for your business, start by writing down the words that best describe the purpose of your business, for example, excellence, customer service, worldwide or influential. Then develop your Mission Statement around the words. Using the words in this example and forming the words in a sequence to express your purpose, your Mission Statement may be, “ABC Company’s mission is to provide excellent customer service establishing it as an influential company known worldwide.”
